I didn't know this guy, read about his death, thought he desired to be known, as he was a cable worker: Hank Pittman Jr age 61 of North Wikesboro, NC, Employed by Terra Desighn Inc. Russel County NC. Hank called in to his office at 2;00am and said he was done with his Assignment (?), at 3:00am police received a call that a boy was found on side of the road. Police said it was a hit and run accident and assume that the driver knew he/she had hit him, as Hank was found with his Jacket under his head. Every worker out there in cable land wants to make it home every night, but end up with their life taken away by accidents, be it work related or incidents like this.
