You all know that they did build the line first, then the building was constructed around it. I've had houses look like this, we built the lines, some one built the house, called wanted us to remove the line, I kick it back to cable MSO who had the ROW info, so they built the house with CATV going right thru the attic. This happen a few times in the California builds.
