folks have to know that this is not ADSS and it's all rural running down the road: Grunt/driver-man in bucket placing strand ahead of cable crew, grunt/driver-man in bucket lashing, maybe a third man for flagging or at reel, this is where reel brakes can be handy. A normal job with easements-trees-traffic control, you couldn't get 19,000 a day. So Get R Done, every turn of that lasher is $$$$$$
