Help!! Problem with XM2 meter, brand new just got it, I fully charged battery powered it on and it starts the boot up process the online/US/DS lights flash green then DS light stays on for 4 seconds then the battery light flashes purple 2 times and then it shuts off.
any help would be appreciated
