Do you have a contract. Did you provide any materials. Has it been over 90 days since paid. Do you have documentation of progress/billing. Has the area you worked on been activated and has customers been installed and working. Have you submitted your complaint of non pay to your prime contractor and have you notified the cable owner that their prime is not paying. Don't wait to long and if under $8000...FORGET ABOUT IT, YOUR LAWYER WILL EAT THAT UP. Good luck with it...Keep Safe.
