The only way this industry will clean itself up is to go: Hourly with benefits, get away from all these problems, as you speak of. Hourly will force the Prime contractors to establish a standard rate across the industry....Suprv, Tech, GForem, Forem, Linem, Apprectice, Grunt, Whs, QC, This industry is going to hell and it only took them 1948-202=72 years to destroy itselfl !!
