we use VEEX OTDR's and they are doing great! They test thru CWDM and DWDM muxes and the service on their equipment is great! The units are under $20K for one and no extra upgrades needed to be able to shoot thru the muxes at all.
Message me and I can get you in touch with a Rep that can get you lined out with a dealer in your area. Use their splicer as well and are having great luck with it as well.
