Exactly, you are the ONLY one to say PERMIT......in the past, no companies wanted to go through the permit process or cost. Here is the "situation".......if you decide as an MSO to only place hardline fiber on one side, and you have. say 6 homes(in the city) on the opposite side, you need a locate for each utility you will cross. If within a city limit, I guarantee you have water, sewer and gas at a minimum to cross in a short distance. That's a lot of holes in asphalt and I don't see any municipality permitting that.......
