Just reading where MasTec purchased Henkle and McCoy for $600 Million bucks---WOW. H/M has been around for a lot of years, I worked around them back in 1965 when with Jerrold Electronics. Most of us know of MasTec, they are pretty much a diversified company into every thing-every where that a profit can be made. I know a lot management guys with both companies....wishing them both good luck with the new venture. MasTec is looking at $6.14 Billion in revenue for 1st 9 months 2021, H/M is the 14th largest US Specialty Contractor founded in 1923 with 98 yrs of continuous service using 5,100 employees. 2021 revenue should be around $1.5 Billion.
