Power to node

Can you isolate power ports in a node? Can I insert A/C from one power supply in to power port on one side of node to feed 2 output RF ports on that side,and insert power from a different power supply into a RF port on other side of node to power just the node.Think I have to use power inserters instead of going into power port.
