Go the owners and log your complaint, find out if he has been paid.  Tell them your going to file a mechants lien on them if your not paid, they should put pressure on the dude to get you paid up.  One of the most common events in this industry.....you learn the hard way on how to do business and who to work for.  Good luck on getting paid  !!
