I concur in full..........our cool trade has become a game of limbo with the pricing, the only thing that wins is the provider, customer service is a farce, almost rude and the MSO's dont give a shit, they have become like electricity and we are dependent. I cut my cable months ago but still have the internet. 40 years in this business and I am still out here, however, working smart, not hard these days as they are numbered.........
