For Coax MDU we used to pay $5.00 per unit served on top of the mileage rate. When we did MDU design for Google Fiber in Utah, we charged hourly for the design and note it was much more detailed as you had to have an ac outlet available per building for equipment. Mastec handled the field portion but I don't know their rates and they let go the person we dealt with. Nothing less than $ 65.00 per hour if local to you.
