Squirt every moving part with 5w-20 motor oil. Including the new roll of lashing wire. Remove the strand lock and back gate. OR you could de/re if its overlash. If it is you might look into getting a J2 lasher. Its made for overlash. Also try using a bridle if you dont have one. Stay safe brother
