I have been a underground sub for several years but I’m looking to expand. I was wondering, how does a prime know when companies are accepting bids? Is there a site that advertises companies looking for underground bids? I am located in AR but I’m referring to other states too. Not just AR.
The coop builds have been blowing up all over, but how only the big companies seem to know about the bid/bid meeting. Thank you for the help.
