Smart LGX. Zayo (Formerly Abovenet) has been doing this for years. Shooting out of 60 Hudson and 111 8th in NYC along their major backbones. Took a while for it to be rolled out successfully but once all the kinks were worked out (no pun intended), it was crucial in isolating service affecting issues.
