I am unable to give you a height in feet without knowing more details. But I can tell you where to look. First the NESC has minimums for over sidewalks, swimming pools, roofs, residential driveways, commercial driveways, highways, other roadways, railroads, etc. Second, the local jurisdictions and/or pole owners will sometimes raise these minimums. In that case the local minimums prevail. You will need to do your own research in the jurisdiction(s) and with the pole owner(s) to know the real answer to your question.
