money money money....before you even start. What type work are you targeting or just shot gun any thing that comes a long. Do you have crew/equipment already in place, are you already working, do you have some contacts in mind that will grant you the work , are you subbing now, what footprint do you want to establish or just stay local, all the legal things everyone talks about is correct but it depends on the volume of work your planning on doing, also is your going to use a sub: E Mail Me If You Want More Info/Data.. (-REDACTED-) . It's not that difficult, the most important task is Money Money Money before you even get out the door !!!
