any thing to do with aerial or underground is going to be high.  If your work is local you should get a fair rate however if your a traveling crew it will go up.  Try getting all your equipment, wc, liability all under one company.....this is no where to be cheap, one accident or maybe a death, crash can put you out of business....good luck with it, Note that some local smaller insurance company can be less cost than the national guys.  MicroMan
