A Brain Dead Monkey can cut a connector that does make it a splicer. There is more to that just properly preping a connector if you want to be successful and make a name for yourself at it. I do agreed with staying away from it though not that is bad just not a whole lot of it going on. Fiber is being built Everywhere right now RDAS builds kicking off all over the place. More upfront investment with fiber splicing but a lot better future for it. Stay Safe out there.
