I did the Rebuilt after hurricane andrews S dade cty florida, on site day after it hit....Let me tell you:  You Can Not Make A Profit Doing Storm Damage on UNITS.   It's gotta be Hours or NOTHING.  What the hell should the owner care, their insurance will be covering the cost, in case of Hurrican Andrews, they started rebuil with coax, then switch to fiber rebuild.  Lack of prints/material/No Power/No gas stations/No motels/No food/No security for crews.....then they ask:  Can you do this on UNIts---WTF    Keep safe:MicroMan
