Knowing TSBCCC, I believe $ 240,00 is what he meant. That is not all that unreasonable with employees and or contract engineering - splicing folks who have supported you and your company for many years. Yes, you may have to live without electricity for a few months in the beginning, just my personal experience, but I still believe worth it in the long term.
Passive income is a beautiful thing if done correctly.
