there was a lunch spot in one of the town squares.... Melrose or Malden I can't remember... but anyway alongside that diner was a multiple set of train tracks... along those tracks was also a power transmission line with 60 or 65 foot poles with knots like grapefruits and a twisting as it went up.. one day Bob climbed mayb 45 feet up one of those poles and nailed a ??one way arrow to that location... came back down and said.... You want a Raise? Climb up n hang summn on my sign...
