that is correct, proprietary comcast meters are nothing but junk, i understand the potential and its a cool concept but they are cheaply made and the app is slow and buggy especially when trying to scan for ingress as the app fails to load the ingress tool once it looses sync to the signal it's a 50/50 chance it will come back without having to reconnect it and wait all over again to sync, huge waste of time! also you cannot use any of these meters in any other systems other than theirs
