Depends on what you mean by cheap, what state you live in, what you want covered, what you can get covered, age, group or not, Single or family and most important the payment history of the insurance company.  Insurance companies are licensed by state, so you need one licensed in your state.  I would start by asking your GL/WC agent who they recommend.
