Depending on the OTDR you are using, you may be able to get a variety of adapters for the OTDR itself. Another option is using a hybrid adapter (SC-LC or ST-SC Etc.) but you will have some insertion loss with any hybrid adapter. Best way to go is the OTDR adapter or a variety of launch cables. (Or just talk the customer into changing connectors to match whatever jumper you have to test with....)
