Wow, so all felons are POS trying to hide something? Really? How arrogant, judgmental and short sided can you get? FYI, there is a federal tax credit for those who hire felons. To answer the mans question, they are looking mainly for crimes of theft, fraud, embezzlers and violent felonies within the last 7 years mainly.
