His name is Abdul R Smith (smith co enterprises llc), he seems like a stand up guy but im supposed to start on 7/17 doing FTTH installs for century link. My probem is I dont have any kind of contract and hasnt asked for insurance or my bank info for ACH payments. This is my first time doing 1099 work so im not 100% on procedures. I have 3 kids and one on the way so I cant just jump ship and get bamboozeled.
Has anyone worked with this guy?
