So basically you are saying you have to kiss BOOTEE to get paid? If you do the work you should get paid period!!!! This is not only done by Blue Jay but countless others. They create conflict when it's time to pay as an excuse not to pay. This has to stop and is the reason the industry is so volatile at the contractor level. IF YOU DO THE WORK YOU SHOULD GET PAID!!!
