Put the roach out. Get out of the truck and strap on your belt and hooks. Gaffs pointed inwards. Gather your tools and hardware. Climb the pole as fast and safe as you can. Strap off. Look right and left. Place your brace and bit perpendicular to right and left and crack clockwise as fast as you can. Once through the pole, insert hardware. Bolt and washer on the back side, washer and nut on the front . Make sure your washers are square. Tighten firmly. Place the 3 bolt 'bitch clamp' loosely on the strand. Place the clamp on the bolt. Place a square nut loosely but securely. Unstrap and climb down as quick as you can. Run to the next pole fast so as to beat your coworker to the next pole. He'll have to buy the 6 pack at the end of the day. Did I get it right?
