OK I'll bite.

20-50 per burn with some sort of minimum number of splices at a location, and larger counts would get lower .plus testing

150 and up on enclosure

135 for a re entry

50 to add a cable

135 and up on ringcut depending on cable size

75 to hang OR lower a storage, 50 for prepping ug tails/loops

muxes, splitters, nodes, pigtails pay extra around 50-100 each

scheduled work should pay well or have some hourly pay added

nights, emergencies, on call, and standby should pay extra as well as any other ala carte items
