If it a telescoping boom as I'm sure it is,  it probably has the dielectric hydraulic hoses that go to top of the the boom?there is probably in a chain, it is probably full with just hoses.  Might just have to hang a drop cord down.  Does it have the hydraulic tool valve ?  Mine does and Those tools are bad asz.

What do you use that has to have ac power that a battery powered tool won't do? Btw Jegs has the ai 2000 watt generator invertors for around 350 shipped to the door they work or atleast it starts right up. Nice and quiet. About like the Honda for noise

 I like Honda's and onans but I got me one of these came in this week. Not sure on the longevity they have good reviews. Good luck
