Part of this country that I have worked wasnt even registered ,some cities around gulf coast florida ,northern part of sc ,requests coming back with closed due to no response!called the city halls best I could get was a part time contractor name might or might not know where the water line is!to a point even for drops i cannot get them to locate for a house slowing all us to work ,even the prime contractors are not doing their due diligence but just bidding the jobs and turning around lowballing subs !these companies need to pass it on to locating to us and pay for it since we are already doing them for most drops !so I belive between drops and ug main line work we are overwhelming the 811 !
