Spectrum is going to be doing similar in all markets. They have are already working on it in my Market (Wisconsin). It is in an atemt to bring down thier cost to protect thier pocket books. Not sure how thing run in other markets but here we have been a prime for them for about 20 years now and suddenly this year they pretty much cut our work load by about 60% and all major projects that will cost over 50 grand now goes out for bid which maens that I will never get them because I dont work to break even. So we are in the process of moving on in life and going to watch that ship sink from a distance. Be safe and Cover your 6.
