In the past Center Point Energy bought out independent Miller Pipeline of Indpls, Ind with 3,500 employees and Minnesotta Limiter of Big Lake Mn with 1,400 employees....….Now Center Point Energy is selling both of them to Power Team Services for $850 Million. Both of these companies provide diversified services in the gas-oil-water-sewage-fiber-coax-copper-electric-wind-solar trades. So if your out there working as an independent specialty contractor......keep alert, some one may be looking to expand their company and seeking a partner to merge or buy out. with 4,900 employees between these two companies....$173,469 per employee ain't bad, of course I know that is not what the sale was based on.
