Be sure you explain what your paying for rain/inclement weather days if unable to work....motel/food cost the same if working or not. How big is the crew...3-4-5--6 men, What if lineman works out of bucket instead of climbing, does he have benefits besides the day/ft rates, will he be paid weekly/bi weekly, will his strand rate be paid as tax free per diem to cover food/motel. Just pay a fixed hourly wage, you should be putting you money to your foreman of crew who see that they work instead of playing. Just keep safe....your life is worth more than a few pennies.
