If you are not sure about the locate. Locate it yourself. I do it on some jobsites,but experience comes into play.If you been doing it long enough you should know. Usic can't be perfect all the time. There is alot in the ground to deal with. If most contractors had there own locator ,they would might understand how hard it is to locate.
