Look at those Number $30bucks......$2bucks: do they even look reasonable enough for you to make a profit. Tell them to show you their price sheet they get from the Owner......and then offer a minimum of 50% of their prices. If your was a Prime....bid your rate allowing for the following: 20% for Profit, 20% for Equipment/tools, 20% for office/insurance/admin back office support and 40% goes to the crews.
