Can anyone tell me what's fair for a per diem amount or if I need to pay it all. I have a bore crew 12 hrs from home. I rented them a house and pay the utilities. They're W2 employes. Do I even need to give them food money? I have been, but it seems to be taken advantage of. The whole point of the house, was that it was cheaper than a hotel per month and they could cook meals. They're spending 180 every 3 days at Walmart and still hitting the fast food places with company CC.
