Can anyone explain what wave and suckout is when you run pht for comcast i seem to be getting the runarounds how is it that a 100 dollar modem can detect what a meter can't incredible. I have the xm2 and have been given the run around change a fitting check this and check that the meter was designed to read all these issues i would think any help would be appreciated thanks.
