Your premise of free will is a great big old fallacy. Everyone's brain is chemically different which prompts that person to make different decisions and take different actions than what the next person considers normal or moral. Your god doesn't create a perfect being. We are all victims of genetic mutation in one form or another,be it outwardly physical or manifested in brain chemistry
