Prince is a division of Dycom. Anytime a major parent company owns dozens of smaller affiliates (prince, cavo, etc)... its a tiered buffer system of liability, which allows all kinds of shade.
Ive subbed and W2'd with Prince. Depending on the KMA/marker and the local management, it can be both good and bad. But, the bigger the prime genrally the higher the cut they take. As as sub, you are taking on 100% responsibility for anwyhere from 50-86% of the actual profit on work.
Just maintain your due-diligence...
