I&R in Omaha for Centurylink?

Was just contacted by Lambic Telecom. They are claiming that there is not going to be layoffs in Omaha this year for end of year. They are working 60 hour weeks and expect to continue for the next 12 months. Is there any truth to this? The last few years I have worked with centurylink there have always been layoffs for contractors at the end of the year.
