Let them do it all in house no subs do any work at all see how fast far they get. See how fast the prices go up and per deim is paid. I am sure the primes are charging for per diem. GET 1 MONTHS PAY UP FRONT then work 2 weeks if you dont get paid then dont work until you do get paid. Storm work is a emergency not regular bs charge more do not do on units if you do you will lose your azz fast
