If you are talijkg about UG the prices are to low with all teh rock so many have left as plenty of good dirt work to be had . Zayo epects peopll to do composite price of 20 a foot. Good luck with that will all the rock and 9 to 3 work hours .  They wonder why their projects are not getting done
