You didn’t mention 2 of the most important obstacles, Street side/alley vs easement and how bad are the trees. It also depends on number of; 90s, underground dips, places to figure 8, mid span bugnuts, mid span drops, fences, mean dogs, mean people, stupid people, warehouse location and traffic/traffic control.
That at said a good 3 man crew could finish as little as 1200 to 5000 feet a day. I know this is a big window but it is as close as I can give you with the info I have.
