Most everyone is under a company contract.  You are first signed up as a dealer to sell.  If you can sell then you have a good chance of becoming fulfillment dealer.  If you have no intention of selling then dont bother. If you live anywhere from Missouri north and south going all the way west oil be RS&I, hughes direct, frontier and weconnect control the rest of the country
