My company built the original CATV systems in Orange Cty-California back in 1978-1981, you had to have a specialty contractors license and all work per GO-95 codes. Alot of back yard stuff, over walls, drug dealers, crime, gangs and such.  Good luck with it.
Six Star Cable-Micro Constructors Inc...also went on to build other original systems around LA.
