Back in the day [1965-installing coax or fiber in existing bell ducts, we would just pop the man hole, jump in (water and all), no testing for fumes, and go to work. We were all lucky and thankful to just be alive today. We all bitch about how far OSHA has push us on safety today..but ...There is no job worth your life or the life of your team mates....Work and Think Safety, there are some thing that goes on in your life where you don't get a second chance
