Found a pole owned by Catv Just replaced this summer with a new 35'3 a new carrier comes along and runs new fiber on pole. Mysteriously it ends up with a VZ pole stencil the new carrier is owned by a retired VZ employee. The pole was hit by a car 6 Days ago and the fiber was placed by a Diacom company.WHATS UP WITH THAT?
